Christmas Greetings!
Gosh, hasn't this year gone quickly?! I have done so many different things in 2005, and it's great to look back over some really exciting projects. I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has supported and taken an interest in my work this year. I am planning on developing my work further in 2006 and focussing more on development, with a year long project which involves learning the tango - watch this space for details of this new undertaking! I am also in the process of establishing an artists' network with my friend and fellow artist Ellie Harrison, Sports Day will be launching soon, and I will keep you updated with information here.
In the meantime, you can tackle a little Christmas challenge, devised by myself and Edward, by clicking here.
Have a lovely, relaxing holiday and good luck in 2006.

Bigger Picture
If you are in Manchester over the next few weeks, pop down to Exchange Square to see my piece 'Natural Habitat' showing on the BBC Big Screen. This work was commissioned earlier this year by Cornerhouse for the Bigger Picture and originally showed throughout April. I am really pleased to have the work screening again: with the big wheel in the square and so many people passing by on their way to the shops, many more people will have the opportunity to see the work again.
You can find out more about the Big Screen here, and read about the project here.

Art Review
I currently have work in the December issue of Art Review magazine. I was commissioned to produce the piece by Manchester based artists' collective [deletia] The magazine is on the shelves right now, and you can find out about subscriptions here.
You can also read an interview with me on this website.
Trolley Spotting
As you go about your day to day life, do you ever notice shopping trolleys peeping out from behind a parked car, bottom up in a canal or at the edge of the pavement as if waiting to cross the road? Well, I have been observing these for some time now and have gathered them together in my new project Trolley Spotting. As part of the exhibition Day-to-Day Data at Angel Row Gallery in Nottingham and Aspex Gallery in Portsmouth, I have created a virtual Trolley Spotting walk around the city. When you visit the website, you can wander around the two cities and see what I have found.

In addition to the web based project, I tagged all of the trolleys at Marks and Spencer in Nottingham city centre and at Asda in Portsmouth. I have also produced a printed map, so people can go on a little walking tour and do some Trolley Spotting of their own.

The exhibition will be touring to Danielle Arnaud Gallery in London in March, so check back nearer the time for details.
